Terms of Access to the WIFI Internet Service

Ce hotspot WIFI provides you with an ADSL internet connection accessible via WIFI. As the service depends on the Internet network itself, it may be interrupted at any time without notice. Ce hotspot WIFI does not guarantee the availability of the service, access to various content, or usage speed.

Ce hotspot WIFI can in no way be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of this WIFI service by the user, nor can it be held responsible for any content or services accessed through it. Use of the service by minors is only permitted with the express authorization and strict supervision of their legal guardians.

The use of this connection is your sole responsibility, particularly regarding the security and protection of your equipment (antivirus software, surge protectors, etc.) and compliance with applicable French law, which you are expected to know and respect. Without being exhaustive, please note that the following are prohibited:

• downloading protected intellectual property without authorization;
• sending unsolicited promotional messages such as "spam" or chain letters; promoting so-called "pyramid" or "snowball" sales schemes;
• defaming, harassing, threatening, or disseminating obscene, indecent, unlawful messages, or those infringing on personal rights, privacy, correspondence secrecy, or the protection of minors;
• transmitting any virus, trojan horse, logic bomb, or any other harmful or destructive program for third parties and/or any user;
• attempting to gain unauthorized access to an automated data processing system and remaining there, disrupting services, content, or data accessed;
• using a false identity or credentials;
• using or retaining any message or information not strictly intended for you, whether intercepted intentionally or not.

In accordance with applicable French legal provisions, technical data of your connections—including sender, recipient, time, duration, and place of origin of communications, excluding their content—will be stored for a period of 24 months on a server external to Ce hotspot WIFI.

The administrative and technical management of your Internet WIFI connection is done by VA telecom SAS, whose offices are located at 3rd Tisserand's street - 44800 Saint Herblain, declared as a Telecom Operator with French's ARCEP.
